Subscription Terms

ViraX.ai offers auto-renewing subscription plans that provide users with access to credits used within the platform.

Available plans:

- Weekly Plan: $9.99 per week — includes 1,000 credits per billing cycle

- Yearly Plan: $39.99 per year — includes 4,000 credits per billing cycle

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Plan availability and pricing may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers before they take effect.

By subscribing, you authorize ViraX.ai to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

We accept major payment methods including:

- Visa

- Mastercard

- Apple Pay

- Google Pay

- PayPal

Charges will be billed:

- Weekly for weekly subscriptions

- Annually for yearly subscriptions

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. ViraX.ai does not store your full payment card details.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this automatic renewal feature.

You will be charged the then-current subscription price at the time of renewal. If the price has changed, you will be notified in advance.

- Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle

- Credits are required to access and use features within ViraX.ai

- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

- Credits may expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified

Important: Credits can only be purchased by users with an active subscription.

If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, any remaining credits will be retained in your account but may not be usable until a new subscription is activated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

To cancel:

a. Go to Account Center

b. Navigate to Billing

c. Access the Support & Request Center

d. Submit a cancellation request

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of that period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is processed.

We offer a 48-hour refund window under the following conditions:

- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase or renewal

- Refund requests must be submitted via the Support & Request Center

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Credits that have already been used are not refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of abuse.

ViraX.ai provides AI-generated content for entertainment purposes only.

- All content generated on the platform is intended for personal use only

- ViraX.ai does not provide public publishing, distribution, or broadcasting features

- Users are solely responsible for how they use generated content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, realism, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.

Users must not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

ViraX.ai may generate content that simulates emotional, romantic, or interpersonal interactions.

Such content:

- Is purely artificial and generated by AI

- Does not represent real individuals or relationships

- Should not be interpreted as genuine emotional engagement

Users acknowledge that all interactions are simulated and do not constitute real human communication or relationships.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.

If changes are material, we will provide notice where required by applicable law, such as through email notification or an in-app announcement.

Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
